Using his wealth of experience and extensive trusted business network worldwide, he is board advisor and consultant to various technolgy and gaming companies.

He is a commentator of the industry, frequent contributor to major business magazines and speaker in major conferences.

Jack Wigglesworth - Non Executive Chairman

Mr. Wigglesworth has had a distinguished career in the City of London working for a variety of organisations, including ABN Amro, Phillips & Drew and J.P Morgan, and was formerly Chairman of the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE).

He is currently Deputy Chairman of UK listed investment bank Durlacher Corporation plc, Chairman of Hackney Council’s Education Action Zone and on the Board of several private companies. Mr. Wigglesworth’s many years of experience in the City are of great value to the Company.

Paul Battagliola - COO/CFO
Mr. Battagliola is a qualified accountant, he has significant experience in the City and has, during his career acted as both Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of a major London reinsurance broker.

Andrew Davey - Director of Underwriting
Mr. Davey has 35 years of experience in underwriting, financial risk management, insurance management and risk financing derived from appointments in Australia, USA and UK with AIG, Zurich and Royal & SunAlliance.
